Broccoli Surprise Casserole

Broccoli Surprise Casserole is a wonderfully delicious and filling dish that is sure to entice your taste buds. I served this dish for a get together with my friends at home. They loved it. Why don’t you try this Broccoli Surprise Casserole recipe too!
Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Minced ham 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Finely minced onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Broccoli 1 Pound, trimmed and cooked crisp (500 Grams)
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Flour 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Milk 425 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cup)
  Grated old cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180° C).
Slice the hard cooked eggs in half and remove the yolk.
Mash the yolks together with the ham, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
When this mixture is well combined, stuff it into the egg whites and set aside.
Arrange the cooked broccoli in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Place the stuffed egg halves on top.
In a small saucepan melt the butter until bubbly and stir in the flour until you have a smooth roux.
Gradually stir in the milk and continue to stir and cook until you have a smooth and thickened sauce.
Add the Cheddar cheese, salt and paprika and remove from heat.
Pour this sauce over the eggs and broccoli.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
