Spicy Rump Roast In A Plastic Cooking Bag

Ingredients
  Boneless beef rump roast 4 Pound
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry red wine/Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Place roast in a plastic cooking bag.
Arrange bag containing meat in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except flour and water.
Pour over roast.
Loosely tie bag with string.
Microwave on DEFROST for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes [SIMMER-4, 45 to 60 minutes] Turn roast over once during cooking.
Remove roast to a platter.
Pour drippings into a 4 cup glass measuring cup.
Combine flour and water.
Stir into hot liquid.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
Stir every minute during cooking.
