Ingredients
  Boiled water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, undrained
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 40 to 50 minutes.
Stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
