Sausage And Cheese Casserole
|Bulk sausage||1 Pound|
|Chicken bouillon cubes||2|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bleu cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled|
|Noodles||3 Cup (48 tbs), uncooked|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Carrots||2 , grated|
|Pimiento||2 Ounce (Drained)|
In skillet, brown sausage; drain well.
In large bowl, dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in boiling water; add flour, butter and bleu cheese and mix until smooth (or process in blender a few seconds).
Stir sausage, noodles and vegetables into sauce and pour into greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 7 hours.
