Louise's Broccoli Casserole

Devour this delicious and easy to prepare Louise's Broccoli Casserole. It is pretty good enough to be served as a side dish for parties and get together!
Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli spears 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Package)
  Canned condensed cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (One Can)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Minced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed saltine crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Crushed Saltine Potato)
Directions

In large bowl, combine broccoli, celery soup, 1 cup of the grated cheese and the minced onion.
Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, then with remaining cheese.
Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours (on high setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours).
