Louise's Broccoli Casserole
|Frozen broccoli spears||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Package)|
|Canned condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (One Can)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Minced green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed saltine crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Crushed Saltine Potato)|
In large bowl, combine broccoli, celery soup, 1 cup of the grated cheese and the minced onion.
Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, then with remaining cheese.
Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours (on high setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours).
