Crab Casserole

I tried this Crab Casserole for the poolside party last week and believe me when I say that it was an instant hit. The flavors of butter, chives, onions and crab make this casserole taste yum. Just check out the recipe of this rich tasting crabmeat casserole listed here.
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen alaskan king crab/2 7 1/2 cans alaskan king crab 1 Pound
  Corn muffin mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , fork beaten
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Pimentos 2 , sliced
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Saute onions in butter, add crab, parsley, capers, chives and pimentos.
Meanwhile prepare corn muffin mixture stirring just until moistened.
It should be Jumpy.
Turn into baking dish spreading evenly to corners.
Spoon crab mixture over batter.
Spread sour cream over crab mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 F°.
