Bacon Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound
  Bread slice 6
  Cheese cubes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Cook bacon until crisp remove and break into small pieces.
Cut bread into small pieces and toss in frying pan in which bacon has been fried until fat is absorbed combine with bacon and cheese in casserole.
Beat eggs lightly, add milk, seasonings, and parsley.
Pour into casserole, mix, and bake in moderate oven (350 F.) about 50 minutes.
