Beef And Vegetable Casserole
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||4 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Minced beef||1 Pound (Hamburger)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cream style corn||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Green beans/Wax beans||1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft butter||1 Tablespoon|
Cook onion and green pepper in hot fat for 3 minutes.
Add meat and combine well.
Then add salt.
Remove from heat and combine with slightly beaten eggs.
In a greased casserole spread half the corn, then half the meat mixture, then a layer of beans.
Season, with salt and pepper then repeat the layers.
Cover with crumbs.
Dot with butter and bake for 35 minutes or until meat is done and crumbs are nicely browned at 350 F.
