Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
  Onion 1
  Green pepper 1 Large
  Italian herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced lengthwise
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Put onion, green pepper through meat grinder.
Mix with spaghetti, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Season to taste with salt, herbs and pepper.
Turn into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Pour cream over top.
Bake at 350°F 1 1/2 hours.
