|Italian herbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Spaghetti||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced lengthwise|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put onion, green pepper through meat grinder.
Mix with spaghetti, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Season to taste with salt, herbs and pepper.
Turn into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Pour cream over top.
Bake at 350Â°F 1 1/2 hours.
