Sweet Potato Casserole
Beat 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tablespoons butter, 2 eggs and 1 cup evaporated milk in a bowl.
Add a medium can of drained sweet potatoes and beat until smooth.
Bake in a baking dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top with a mixture of 1 cup cornflakes, 1/2 cup each brown sugar and nuts and 1/4 cup melted butter and bake for 10 minutes.
