Brunch Egg Casserole

This brunch eggs casserole is a savory egg and cheese casserole baked with crumbled bacon on top. One of my favorite brunch recipes, your friends and family will love this neat little casserole! Falvored with mustard and onion powder, the brunch egg casserole is baked with croutons as the base.
  Croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bacon slices 6 , fried

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease a 6x10 inch pan.
Put the croutons on the bottom.
Sprinkle on the grated cheese.
Combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the layer of cheese.
Crumble the bacon slices on top.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes
