Sweet Potato Casserole

Simple, easy and low fat this is how you can explain sweet potato casserole. There is no need to add butter or any other fats to the dish. The dish still comes out to be a healthy and definitely delicious casserole or pie.
Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Large
  Light sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat free milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Natural roasted whole walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Egg white 1
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Pepper To Taste
  Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into equal chunks. Place in a pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt. Boil until potatoes are fork tender soft. Strain in a collander and return to pot. Coarsley mash with a potato masher.

Add sour cream, milk, egg, egg white, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, brown sugar, and pepper. Fold ingredients together. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish or serving caserol.

Sprinkle roasted walnuts over the top of the caserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 f for 30 – 40 minutes
