Beef And Noodle Casserole With Sour Cream
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (Two 8-Ounce Cans)|
|Egg noodles||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter in skillet; brown meat.
Place garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce in skillet; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed.
Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and onions together.
In casserole, alternate layers of noodles, meat and sour cream mixture until casserole is full.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20 to25 minutes.
