Chow Mein Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 14 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 2 Can (20 oz)
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Chow mein noodles 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper; brown hamburger and onion.
Combine soup and water; add to meat mixture.
Add rice and soy sauce; pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350degrees for 50 minutes; sprinkle noodles over top and continue baking for 10 minutes.
