Complete Hamburger Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce, broken apart (1 Package)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen fried shredded potato rounds||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
Heat oven to 375Â°.
Mix beef, onion, salt and pepper in ungreased 2 quart casserole.
Arrange vegetables on meat; pour cheese soup on vegetables.
Cover with frozen potato rounds.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.
Add crunch to this dinner in a dish with celery and carrot sticks.
