Leftover Beef Casserole
|Beef||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced (Use Leftover One)|
|Onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomatoes||4 , cut in to chunks|
|Brown gravy||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Thin)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Saute beef with onion and green pepper in shortening.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes; simmer a few minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Drain and combine with beef; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Substitute combined water, flour and bouillon cubes or packaged gravy mixture or leftover gravy.
