Quick Potato Casserole

Yet another delicious recipe, potato casserole is full of cheese and tastes as yummy as it looks.
Ingredients
  Mortadella 100 Gram
  Cheese 75 Gram
  Mozzarella cheese 75 Gram
  Boiled potato 500 Gram (Salted)
  Lemon 1⁄2 Small
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Chop mortadella into tiny pieces
Cut the cheese in dice size
Chop Mozzarella cheese
Mash the potatoes
Squeeze the lemon in the mashed potato
Add nutmeg, black pepper, and the cheeses, mortadella and mozzerala cheese.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease a baking bowl and sprinkle bread crumbs to coat the lining of the bowl and add the potato and cheese mixture.
Press the mixture lightly with wet hands. Level the surface with a fork.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and some butter flakes.
Bake for 20 min at 200 degree centigrade and the dish is ready.
