Beef And Veal Casserole
|Beef||1 Pound, cubed|
|Veal||1 Pound, cubed|
|Cream of chicken soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Cream and mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Noodles||1⁄2 Pound, cooked|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated american cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Slivered almonds||250 Gram|
Simmer beef and veal until tender, adding small amount of water if needed.
Add soups; simmer about 20 minutes.
Add meat mixture to noodles; add corn, tomatoes and cheese.
Put in large glass casserole; top with almonds.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
