Crab Casserole In Shells
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter; add flour.
Stir into hot soup.
Remove from heat.
Add onion, green pepper, crab, rice, salt and pepper; fold in mayonnaise.
Divide into eight baking shells and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
When serving, place wedge of lemon on shell.
