|Cauliflower||1 Medium, separated into florets|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (American Or Cheddar)|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender but not mushy.
Blend butter and flour in medium saucepan.
Add milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
Add cheese; mix through.
Drain cauliflower; place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over cauliflower; sprinkle bread crumbs over sauce.
Dot with butter.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven until golden brown.
