Beef And Cornmeal Casserole

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , cut
  Ground beef 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Summer savory 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 3 , sliced
Directions

Blend cornmeal with cold stock.
When smooth, add to hot stock.
Blend thoroughly.
Heat oil and in it saute onion.
Add cornmeal mixture, meat, salt, egg, yeast and herbs.
Turn all into oiled casserole.
Arrange tomatoes over top.
Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes.
