Pizza Casserole

The pizza casserole is a cooked pepperoni ands pasta casserole flavored with pizza sauce. Cooked and then baked with cheese, mushrooms and olives, the pizza caserole can be served as a whole meal with a side of salad. This pizza casserole recipe is quick and simple.
Ingredients
  Fettuccine 6 Ounce, broken
  Pepperoni 3 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced
  Pizza sauce 15 1⁄2 Ounce
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained
  Canned sliced pitted ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Bring 8 cups hot watei' to boiling.
Add pasta.
Reduce heat.
Cook in gently boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or till tender.
Drain.
Return to pan.
Halve pepperoni; add to pasta.
Stir in pizza sauce, 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, olives, and Parmesan.
Transfer to a 12x7 1/2 x2 inch baking dish.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 400° oven about 15 minutes or till hot.
