Celery And Almonds
|Celery||3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into 2 inch strips|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put celery, onion, salt, and chicken broth in cooker.
Close cover and put pres sure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook 3 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Add almonds to celery; simmer together for 1 or 2 minutes more.
