Mixed Vegetable Casserole
|Frozen broccoli||10 Ounce|
|Frozen brussels sprouts||8 Ounce|
|Frozen cauliflower||10 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted)|
|Processed cheese spread||8 Ounce|
Cook broccoli, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower according to package directions, drain.
Layer in a greased 8-inch square baking dish, top with celery.
Combine soup and cheese spread, mix well.
Spoon over vegetables.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
