Sausage And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Ground sausage 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , diced
  Beef consomm 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a large skillet, fry sausage until lightly brown.
Add onion and celery, and continue frying until sausage is cooked.
Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Pour into a 3 quart casserole dish, and bake uncovered in a 350° Foven for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
Top with slivered almonds if desired.
