Easy Beef Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained|
|Can whole kernel corn||12 Ounce, drained|
|Spaghetti sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Any Commercial Brand Of Spaghetti Sauce)|
|Shredded american cheese||2 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Crumble ground beef into a 2-quart casserole, stir in chopped onion and green pepper.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until done, stirring twice.
Drain off drippings.
Add cooked macaroni, corn, spaghetti sauce, and pepper to meat mixture, mixing well.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, insert the temperature probe through plastic wrap into center of dish.
Set probe at 140Â°.
Microwave at HIGH until temperature is reached (12 to 18 minutes).
Sprinkle casserole evenly with cheese.
Cover and microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (70% power) for 1 minute.
