Basic Microwave Lamb Casserole
|Boneless lamb||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 0.75 -inch cubes|
|Onions||2 , cut in eighths|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Instant beef bouillon/Instant chicken bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
Combine lamb and onions in 2-quart casserole.
Stir in flour to coat meat.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH.
Microwave 25 to 30 minutes on '6', or until meat is fork tender.
For ovens without solid state heat control, during second cooking period, Microwave 30 to 36 minutes on' 5'.
