Turkey Divan With Parmesan Cheese
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||11 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted)|
|Milk/Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Place broccoli in baking dish.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
Blend soup, milk and sherry in 1-quart measure.
Spoon half over broccoli.
Top with turkey slices.
Add half the grated cheese to remaining soup.
Spoon over turkey.
Top with remaining cheese.
Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH, or until sauce bubbles and cheese browns lightly.
