Garbanzo Casserole

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Canned garbanzo beans 15 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned chili 15 Ounce (Without Beans)
  Canned corn 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
Directions

Crumble ground beef in 2 1/2 -quart casserole.
Add onion.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH, or until meat is no longer pink.
Drain excess fat.
Mix in beans, chili and corn.
Carefully stir in cheese cubes.
Cover.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on 8 or until mixture is heated through and cheese cubes have started to melt.
Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
For ovens without solid state heat control, during second cooking period Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on HIGH, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.
