|French bread||5 Cup (80 tbs), toasted, cut into cubes|
|Monterey jack cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed|
|Peeled tomatoes||56 Ounce|
|Butter||6 Tablespoon, melted|
|Onion flakes||4 Tablespoon|
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a large greased baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about thirty minutes until bubbly.
This casserole is very good with roasts, especially if you are serving a large crowd.
It can easily be prepared a day ahead, covered and refrigerated until ready to bake.
