Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  French bread 5 Cup (80 tbs), toasted, cut into cubes
  Monterey jack cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed
  Peeled tomatoes 56 Ounce
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Onion flakes 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a large greased baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about thirty minutes until bubbly.
Serve hot.
This casserole is very good with roasts, especially if you are serving a large crowd.
It can easily be prepared a day ahead, covered and refrigerated until ready to bake.
