Quick 'N Easy Tuna Chow Mein Casserole
|Cut up celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned chow mein noodles||5 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce (With Liquid)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pepper powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Salted cashew nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350° F.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender.
Reserving 1/4 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
