Quick 'N Easy Tuna Chow Mein Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cut up celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Canned chow mein noodles 5 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce (With Liquid)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salted cashew nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350° F.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add celery, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender.
Reserving 1/4 cup chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle reserved chow mein noodles over top.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.

This is simply the best; good as is or a start to adding / changing ingredients if you feel like it.
