Egg And Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
  Diced cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked celery/Diced cooked vegetable as desired 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 5
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Add all the ingredients except the cheese to the hot white sauce.
Pour into a well greased casserole dish and top with the grated cheese.
Bake in a hot oven of 450° F. about 15 min. or until brown.
