|Hamburger||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely|
|Peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped finely|
|Can tomatoes||2 Can (20 oz), chopped|
|Elbow macaroni||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, drained|
|Shredded cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Your choice of cheese)|
1)Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2)Boil the elbow macaroni till cooked and set aside.
3)In a large skillet over medium heat brown the hamburger with salt, pepper, garlic powder and the onions and peppers. Drain off any excess grease.
4)In an oven-safe 2 qt. casserole dish, add 1/2 of the hamburger mixture, 1/2 the macaroni, and 1/2 cheese along with 1 can of tomatoes.
5)Repeat layers with the remainder of the ingredients.
6)Bake at 350 until top is golden brown and is heated through.
7)Serve with your favorite choice of sides and enjoy!
