Spicy Pork And Bean Casserole

  Pork cubes 15 Ounce (1 Inch Cubes)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
  Chili powder 4 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Canned cannellini beans 8 Ounce, drained (Or White Kidney Beans)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, coarsely shredded

On rack in broiling pan broil pork cubes until rare; set aside.
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan heat oil; add onion and garlic and saute until onion is translucent.
Stir in pork cubes, green pepper, chili powder, and cumin; add tomato sauce, water, salt, and red pepper and stir to combine.
Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until pork is fork-tender, about 45 minutes.
Add beans and let simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes longer.
Transfer pork mixture to 1 1/2-quart flameproof casserole; sprinkle with cheese and broil until cheese is bubbly, about 3 minutes.
