Chopped Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned sliced mushrooms 10 Ounce
  Canned tomato sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce
  Chicken consomme/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 5 Milliliter
  Egg noodles 8 Ounce
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Microwave noodles according to Pasta Cooking Chart.
Combine butter or margarine and onion in a large microwave-safe casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stir.
Add the celery and garlic.
Microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
Stir well.
Add crumbled ground beef, stir to mix.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients except the cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes, stir.
Add the cheese, stir until well blended.
Microwave at MEDIUM 10 minutes.
Serve.
