Broccoli And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Hot water 500 Milliliter
  Onion soup mix 1 Ounce
  Rice 500 Milliliter
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Pepper 2 Milliliter
  Lemon 1
  Broccoli 500 Gram
Directions

Mix together the hot water and soup mix in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add the rice, butter or margarine, salt and pepper.
Stir together.
Add the lemon juice and grated rind.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Wash the broccoli, break up into flowerets and place in a microwave-safe dish with 1/2 cup (125 mL) water.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes at HIGH.
Drain.
Place cooked broccoli in a microwave-safe baking dish, pour the rice mixture on top, sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
Microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
Serve.
