Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Sausage 1 Pound (bulk)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pack into 2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/2 cup water over top; cover.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
