Crabmeat Broccoli Casserole
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||7|
|Fresh crabmeat||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced fresh parsley||4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen broccoli||20 Ounce|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
Remove crust from bread, reserving crust for use in other recipes.
Cut bread into 1/2 -inch cubes.
Combine bread cubes, milk, and mayonnaise; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove mixture from refrigerator; stir in eggs, crabmeat, onion, and parsley.
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly over broccoli.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Â° for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
