Crabmeat Broccoli Casserole

  Bread slice 12
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 7
  Fresh crabmeat 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced fresh parsley 4 Teaspoon
  Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce

Remove crust from bread, reserving crust for use in other recipes.
Cut bread into 1/2 -inch cubes.
Combine bread cubes, milk, and mayonnaise; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove mixture from refrigerator; stir in eggs, crabmeat, onion, and parsley.
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly over broccoli.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
