Gourmet Shrimp And Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned shrimp 13 1⁄2 Ounce, washed deveined, flaked (3 cans, 4 1/2 ounces each)
  White bread pieces 3 Cup (48 tbs), crusts removed
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 9 , beaten
  Milk 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Layer shrimp, bread, and cheese in buttered casserole. Combine well the remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake about 1 hour, or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
