Green Olive Chili Casserole

Ingredients
  Natural corn chips 7 Ounce
  Grated monterey jack cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green chilies 8 Ounce
  Green olives 15 Ounce, pitted or stuffed
  Eggs 6
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce/1 lb tofu 16 Ounce
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 14 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour your chosen mixture evenly over the layers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. May be refrigerated overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
