Praline Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Mashed sweet potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Melted butter 7 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 9 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brandy extract 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine sweet potatoes, 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cream, brandy extract, salt, pepper, orange peel, ginger, 1 /2 teaspoon cinnamon and allspice; mix well.
Spoon into greased 2- quart shallow baking dish.
Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, pecans, 1/4 cup melted butter and remaining cinnamon.
Stir until blended thoroughly.
Spread brown sugar mixture over potato mixture.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
