Cheesy Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated (Thrive)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Artichoke hearts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add spinach, mayonnaise, cheeses, salt, garlic, lemon juice and mix them up.
2) Add 2 tablespoons of milk blend it in and add artichokes. Mix it well.
3) Take a casserole dish and pour the mixture.
4) Sprinkle some more cheese.
5) Bake the casserole for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

SERVING
6) Serve the spinach casserole with chips or crispy bread cubes.
