Trout-Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Trout 3 Pound
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onions 6 Small, halved
  Potatoes 6 Medium, chopped
  Bacon strips 8
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Salt trout lightly; mix flour with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Roll trout in flour mixture; place in 8 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan.
Place onions and potatoes around trout.
Arrange bacon over trout; pour tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 cup water over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bacon is browned.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
