Fillets Of Sole Casserole

Ingredients
  Sole fillet 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange layers of fillets, onion and lemon slices in greased casserole, dotting each layer with butter and sprinkling with saIt and pepper.
Pour enough milk over layers to cover.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
