Yule-Morn Yummy Fruit Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned luncheon meat 24 Ounce
  Round hard rolls 6
  Eggs 12
  Canned cling peach halves 13 Ounce
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Crab apples 6
Directions

"Cut each piece of luncheon meat into 6 slices.
Grease 6 small shallow casseroles.
Cut rolls in half; place bottom halves in casseroles.
Top each roll half with 2 slices of meat.
Break 1 egg into sauce dish; slip care- fully into one casserole around roll; repeat, placing 2 eggs in each casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; remove from oven.
Drain peach halves, re- serving syrup.
Combine 2 tablespoons reserved syrup with brown sugar; spoon over meat.
Top each stack of meat with remaining roll halves.
Arrange peach halves and crab apples on 6 wooden skewers; stick one in each roll.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until fruit is hot.
