Okra Casserole

Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Okra 1 Quart
  Cooked tomatoes 1 Quart
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

"Place rice in buttered baking dish; add okra and to- matoes.
Season with salt, pepper and curry powder; dot with butter.
Bake, covered, in 325-degree oven for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove cover.
Bake until top is browned.
"
