Rice Cheese Casserole
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Onion||3 Tablespoon, grated|
|American cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Kosher salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take a mixing bowl and combine together rice, carrots, cream, eggs, pepper, salt, 1 1/2 cup cheese and onion in it.
3) Take a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and pour the mixture into it.
4) Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
5) Remove from the oven and serve piping hot in the same dish.
