Green Chile And Fish Casserole

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Red pepper To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Canned chopped green chilies 8 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

MAKING:
2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper, lightly over fillets.
3. Take electric skillet and melt butter in it, over medium heat (350°).
4. Stir in lemon juice.
5. Combine fillets to the skillet.
6. Cook fillets for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
7. Then, take a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Place fillets in the dish.
8. Sprinkle green chilies evenly over fillets.
9. Top with cheese.
10. Place the dish in oven, and bake uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts.

SERVING:
11. Serve the dish hot with lemon wedge garnish, if desired.
