Belhaven Crab Casserole
|Fresh crabmeat||1 Pound|
|Onions||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unseasoned)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Preheat over to 325 degrees
2)Flake crabmeat and pick for any shells
3)Add onion,celery,croutons,green pepper,salt and hot pepper sauce
5)Mix dijon mustard,mayonnaise and lemon juice to the crabmeat mixture.
6)Spread evenly into a greased baking dish
7)Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with smal squares of butter.
8)Bake for about 40 minutes and until brown and crisp on top.
