Brunch Egg Casserole
|Croutons||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked bacon slice||4|
Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs; add milk and season- ings.
Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.
Crumble bacon over top.
Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour or until eggs are set.
Garnish with bacon curls if desired.
